One of the best stays I have ever had at any hotel and I stay at a bunch of them. Emily H checked me in and couldn't have been more cheerful and helpful. Because of my member status they gave me a nice upgrade to a huge room. When the fresh cookies were placed out Emily even got me a carton of milk to go with. Room was clean with the only thing being no shampoo in the shower..just two conditioners. No big deal. Actually all staff were pleasant and the breakfast options superb. Will definitely be coming back!

I don’t typically review but this hotel deserves it! Super friendly staff! We only stayed one night but felt right at home. The room was very clean and spacious. We actually didn’t have to purchase a meal. The hotel had happy hour chicken tacos followed by cookies and everything was amazing! I wish the pool had been open (under construction) but that’s just another reason to come back next time. The complementary breakfast was wonderful as well! Great job, guys. Keep up the great work.

I rarely stay at a hotel where something isn’t at least a little off. This was great all round starting with the checkin at 8 pm on 1/6/24. The front desk clerk was outstanding, helpful in every way. The rooms were clean and delightful. Self serve breakfast had a great selection, was hot and tasty. The morning front desk clerks helped answer my wife’s many questions about the road conditions ahead. They went out of their way to answer any concerns. The grandkids loved the pool.

Room was spacious, the staff was super friendly during every interaction. I love that the shampoo/conditioner/body wash were in bigger bottles secured in the shower instead of the tiny bottles that don’t go far! The beds were comfy and it was nice having a squishy pillow or firm pillow option. We would stay here again!

In a rush due to the Christmas season, staff was super accommodating due to my needs and request. Location was pretty central to other amenities and quite easy to access. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and not hesitate to recommend to others.

This was an unexpected gem! The staff were all kind and very helpful. The store in the lobby was well stocked with food and drinks. The happy hour they offer was perfect when we needed it one evening of our stay. My wife and I met another couple while at the happy hour and now we are all best friends. We had dinner with them our last 2 nights in town. Thank you holiday inn for the happy hour, it facilitated us making a great relationship!
